Voxelquote.com is a web-based platform that allows users to generate, manage, and send professional quotations to their clients. The Service includes features for storing client information, company pricing data, and business agreements.

You retain all rights to any data you input into the Service, including your company information and client data ("Your Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data.

b. Payment Processing:
Payments for paid subscriptions are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to their terms and conditions.
c. Refunds:
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your subscription plan.
d. Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any such price changes.
a. Our IP:
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, are and will remain the exclusive property of Voxel Solves Inc. and its licensors.
b. Your IP:
As between you and Voxel Solves Inc., you own all right, title, and interest in and to Your Data. We do not claim any ownership rights in Your Data.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Service is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Clerk, Office365, Google) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOXEL SOLVES INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voxel Solves Inc. and its licensors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
a. These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
b. You may delete your account and terminate your use at any time.
c. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any legal actions.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email (sent to the address specified in your account) and/or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
